Cleaning Guidelines

Wash your hands and fingers thoroughly
Use a small brush, wax pick, or toothpick to remove any ear wax on the surface of the microphone.
Avoid chemical or alcohol solutions to remove dirt where possible.
Use audio wipes (non-alcohol) if possible.
Focus on any openings in the hearing aid casing, and gently brush off any dirt deposits with a soft bristled cleaning brush.
Remove the batteries overnight and brush the battery compartment as well.
Always keep rechargeable hearing aids in charger when not in use.
